These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Integrity Advantage Group LLC through the Vendita OS platform (“Vendita OS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description & Consent
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our demo request, contact, or sign-up forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Vendita OS. These messages may include sample lead alerts, demo follow-ups, account and service notifications, appointment reminders, and related information about the services you requested. Consent is obtained through a clear, unchecked opt-in box and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. You may receive messages in response to actions you take, such as starting a demo or submitting a form.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Vendita OS does not charge for receiving text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates and fees still apply.
Opt-Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to you. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did originally.

Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
